Annual Administration

All SMSFs are required to have financial statements prepared, and lodge Annual Return with the Australian Taxation Office for each financial year. The SMSF is also required to be audited each year by an approved auditor that is independent and registered with Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC).

Daily Administration

This service is more suited to those SMSFs which require regular reporting to ATO which includes TBAR & BAS. It is also suitable to those members that wish to view their fund’s contribution & pension information in real time. 

As part of this Daily Administration Package, we offer below services.  

  • Daily Processing of the Fund’s Transactions via Data Feeds. 
  • Daily Maintenance of the Fund’s Asset Accounts and Member Contribution & Pension.

SMSF Set Up Service

An SMSF needs to be set up correctly so that it’s eligible for tax concessions, can receive contributions and is as easy as possible to administer. 

Our Fund Establishment Service includes following:

  • Member Packs (including application forms, product disclosure statements) 
  • Trustee Declarations 
  • Register your SMSF for an ABN and TFN including an election for the SMSF to become a regulated fund.
